To transfer all procedure connected with building permit, it’s necessary to:

• giving written authority to all activities, which was enumerate above,
• delivering documents, which determine law on disposing of plot,
• transferring instructions to adaptation of project and site planning.

If You want to deal with formalities alone, we present You list of documents, which are necessary to this type of investment.

To get permit on building, You must have the following documents:

• statement, which concerns law to real estate disposing on building purposes,
• kind of object or construction works and investment address,
• certificate about entry of designer on member list.  This is the list of proper professional automony chamber. Certificate must be actual with day of project creating,
• name and type of building plan,
• geodesic designation of terrain with map sheet number and number of plot,
• four copies of building project.

You must add to all copies of building project:

• document, which states technical conditions of media, gas, electric energy supply and water and sewerage,
• site planning project
• gas project
• electric energy terminal project
• extract and copy from cadastral map,
• decision about excepting grounds from farm production,,
• Statement of designer about geotechnical conditions of foundation.
